Registration is open for the 2026 SWACCA Labor Relations Summit, taking place September 16–18, 2026 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming at Trailborn Jackson Hole (formerly Snow King Resort). 

SWACCA’s inaugural Labor Relations Summit will bring together contractors, regional affiliate executives, and other industry leaders for two-and-a-half days of programming focused on workforce recruitment and retention, collective bargaining trends, trustee education, government relations briefings, and other issues shaping the signatory construction industry. 

The International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) has assisted with the development of the program content and has approved the entire agenda as Trustee Education. Trustee Education is generally a legitimate expense for trust funds, so it is likely that attendees who are appointed trustees are eligible to have their registration and travel expenses reimbursed by the fund. Trustees should contact their fund’s administrator and/or review the plan’s education reimbursement policy for details. 

Keynote speakers include: Joe Mull, CSP, CPAE | Marty Walsh, former U.S. Secretary of Labor and current Executive Director of the NHL Players Association | Dr. Anirban Basu, Chairman & CEO, Sage Policy Group | Gary Perinar, United Brotherhood of Carpenters General Vice-President 

Attendance is limited to approximately 100 participants.
